Shipping policy

We offer standardized secure international delivery services covering most countries and regions worldwide. Considering vinyl and CDs are fragile and pressure sensitive, we optimize packaging materials and procedures to effectively avoid stains, scratches, deformation and shell damage during long-distance cross-border transportation.

All goods are manually sorted and inspected before packaging to confirm intact condition. Vinyl records adopt double-layer sleeve protection, multi-layer bubble wrapping and double-sided cardboard reinforcement, packed into thick hard cartons filled with sufficient buffer fillers. CDs are individually sealed with wear-resistant sleeves and placed in dedicated shockproof boxes. All parcels will be double inspected before sealing to eliminate hidden transit risks.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment verification. Holidays are not included in processing time. A logistics tracking number will be sent to your mailbox after shipment for unlimited real-time tracking.

All customs duties, consumption taxes and clearance fees generated during customs clearance shall be borne solely by buyers. We provide complete standard customs documents to facilitate clearance. Estimated delivery time cannot be fully guaranteed; we shall not compensate for losses caused by force majeure delays.

If you receive damaged parcels, defective records, mismatched albums or missing accessories after signing, submit your order information and clear photos to customer service within 48 hours. Our after-sales team will handle claims efficiently and provide full refund or free replacement solutions to protect your legitimate consumer rights.
