Genre: Pop, Australian
Release Date: 2003-03-24
In the proud tradition of Aussie soap-stars' graduating to illustrious pop careers (think Kylie Minogue & Holly Valance) comes the debut album for this 18 year-old starlet. Includes the hit single 'Lost Without You' & 'Born to Try'. Delta likes to emphasize how she signed to Sony Australia two years before joining the soap and how she cowrote the majority of the tracks on the album. This push for authenticity results in a top-heavy array of piano and orchestral tracks on the album. Only after multiple plays does the brilliance and complexity of some of the tracks become apparent. However her dazzling voice does shine through right from the start. Sony. 2003.
Tracks:
1.1 Born to Try
1.2 Innocent Eyes
1.3 Not Me, Not I
1.4 Throw It Away
1.5 Lost Without You
