2014 collection from the Southern Rockers. Lynyrd Skynyrd are more than just a Rock band. Hailing from the swamps of Florida their music is a gritty mix of Rock, Blues and Country, washed down with a liberal slug of bourbon. In one form or another Skynyrd have existed for almost half a century. 'Sweet Home Alabama', 'Simple Man', 'Gimme Three Steps' and the immortal 'Free Bird' are among the most famous rock songs ever recorded. This anthology reveals the reasons why.
